I'd describe my personality as friendly , honest and respectful . I like working with kids because they are part of growth , learning and changing . Creating bonds and helping them with what they need is rewarding . Working with kids helps me build more patience and problem solving . I'm looking for a job that covers part time and that schedule fits with the needs and commitment's . I started working with kids when I was 23 years old . (2002). Started to teach English Language learner's and part of my life has been involved - surrounded by children of all ages . In my spare time, I like to be mother's helpers, family time and baking . One thing you should know about me is I like to work hard and do things the best I can with love and respect . My skills include patience and Communication is part of child's care skills because helps understand their needs and problem solving is important ( helps deals with conflicts that can be presented in any unexpected time .
