My background in social work, as well as my experience teaching in Peru, has given me a deep understanding of child development. We needed a nanny for our 18 month old daughter. Isela was communicative and available leading up to and during the interview. She provided us with references and started working with us the next week. She immediately understood our daughter's routine and has maintained it. Our daughter is in physical therapy because she was a preemie and Isela has worked with our PT and implemented the assigned exercises into our daughter's playtime, yielding great results. Isela is attentive to our daughter's needs and engages in fun play. She prepares breakfast and lunch and takes the little one out for walks. We have enjoyed having Isela be a part of the family. We are moving but would take Isela with us if we could!
