I hired Isaro to take care of my special needs son. She was very well mannered and seemed very enthusiastic over the phone. However, as soon as she walked into my home, her attitude shifted. I left on my trip, but watched the nanny cam throughout. She did change his diaper, and feed him, but didn't even attempt to play with him. She stayed on her phone most of the time, while my son was just laying in front of the tv.
