About Isabel

My name is Isabel and I am a 21-year-old college student. I've been babysitting for family members and family friends since I was 16. I'm currently studying psychology and English literature at Denison University. I'm ambitious, personable, and I love working with kids. I intend to go into pediatric counseling. My responsibilities have included meal prep, activity coordinating and carry-out, tutoring, and transportation along with the typical watching over kids and playing. I've also done the occasional overnight when parents were out of town for travel. I love to really get involved with the kids, I'm very creative and I encourage kids to be imaginative. I like to communicate with the kids in a way that makes them feel heard and important, and I want them to feel loved and secure above all else. I've taken child development classes and abnormal psychology under my psychology major. I'm also trained in first aid and CPR.
