About Isabel

I am not quick to leave a negative review, but in this case it's absolutely necessary. I am a retired caregiver and in 2021 I became disabled and needed a caregiver and the two things I need most in a caregiver are communication and reliability. When I first interviewed Isabel, she was very pleasant and enthusiastic and I felt her first day went very well. However, I live with my mother who suffers from mental health issues and she did have an outburst, which was awkward. But at the end of the day, Isabel seemed enthusiastic about coming back for her next shift. I don't know if she is afraid of telling me that she didn't think we were a good fit. All I know is that she was a complete no show, no call, no text. This is Thankfully, I am not bed bound, but I can tell you it was very disruptive and upsetting, so I would never hire or end her to work with people who depend on care, either children or the elderly.
