About Isabelle

I am someone with a strong moral compass who is organized, punctual, soft, thoughtful, and communicative. I have about 6 years of experience from volunteering, working in an elementary school, babysitting, and nannying. The past three years, I have been nannying part-time for a family. I have my Associate of Arts in Family Life Education and am working towards my Bachelor of Science in Applied Human Behavior. My ideal position is with a family that practices authoritative parenting. I would love an employer who is not afraid to communicate and keep me in the loop. I enjoy structure and find routine important for both children and myself. However, life happens, and flexibility is important. I value boundaries and respect, and they should go both ways when working with families. Ideally, I am looking for a part-time position Monday through Thursday, but am open to other ideas. I would prefer a family that provides a vehicle for child transportation and guaranteed hours.
