I have driven up to St. Louis to watch my friend's two dogs numerous times, for a long period of time. I currently dog and cat sit for my mom when she is out of town. When a friend of my mom needs someone to watch their pets, I am usually the first person they call. One of her friends regularly goes on business trips, and I will stay at her house for a weekend while taking care of her two puppies and watering the plants.
