Hi, I'm Isabelle! I'm 22 years old and live in Blackwood NJ. I come with my CPR & First aid certification and willingness to provide as many references as desired. I prefer a using a payroll system, but am open to discussing :) I have 5+ formal years working in childcare, both in-home and as staff in group care settings. I have my undergraduate degree in psychology. I have received professional development training in the Montessori approach to learning, and I enjoy a child-led approach to care. I love to get outside, get loud, and get messy! I treasure opportunities to take children out into the community (libraries, music classes, indoor playgrounds, etc). I am searching for 3 days per week, 24-27 hours, M-F. I am interested in opening up availability for 40+ hours per week at the start of Fall 2026.
