About Isabelle

Hi My name is Isabelle! I come from a family of 12, and seven of my siblings were adopted, including five by my parents. Growing up in a big family taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of making every child feel loved and included. I have experience as a lead daycare teacher with infants and toddlers, as well as working as both a live-in and live-out nanny. I've worked with high-net-worth families, traveled with families, and cared for children with special needs, including a nonverbal child with behavioral challenges. I'm nurturing, dependable, hands-on, and fun! I love planning engaging activities, getting outdoors, doing crafts, and encouraging children's curiosity. I value open communication with parents and strive to create a safe, loving environment where every child feels supported, confident, and free to be themselves! I also enjoy building trusting relationships with parents, following family routines and bringing a calm, positive energy to each day as a team.
