About Isabelle

I've worked in childcare for two years with children of all ages, both as a lead teacher and as a nanny. I'm comfortable taking full responsibility for groups of children as well as providing one-on-one care. I plan activities, manage daily routines, and create a safe, structured environment while still being patient, warm, and flexible. I'm used to handling challenging behaviors calmly, adapting to different personalities and developmental stages, and building strong relationships with both kids and parents. I take pride in being reliable, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children I care for.
