Where to start. I had my baby in June, hired Isabelle in September. I was just starting graduate school and was going to be working full time while pursuing my degree. Talk about stress on top of stress, adding a baby into the mix worked for our life plan but was more stress than we could have ever expected. Isabelle came in and loved my baby like she was the only baby the world would ever know and gave her all to make sure not only my kiddo was taken care of to the highest standard but that I was okay too. She always seemed to be looking for more ways to make sure all of us could have a better go of it. Not only was she always on time-usually a little early-but I was shocked at how much thought she gave us in her down time. I cannot count the times she came in and had just been reading new studies about our baby's age group or researching a new behavior she was showing. Care. If you want someone who will care, this is the one.
