Regrettably, our experience with Isabella was deeply disappointing. After having a promising phone conversation, we arranged an in-person interview, only to be left waiting without any prior notice. Despite waiting patiently for 30 minutes, sending a text message, and attempting to call her, we received no response whatsoever. It is incredibly disheartening when individuals fail to communicate their lack of interest in a job opportunity. As parents searching for reliable caregivers, we have our own lives and commitments, and scheduling time during weekdays can be a challenge. The basic courtesy of informing us of her change in availability would have been greatly appreciated. This lack of communication reflects immaturity and unreliability, qualities that are far from ideal in a potential nanny.
