About Isabella

I truly enjoy working with young children and have spent the past three years caring for children ages 18 months- 3 years. I currently work as a Montessori Lead Guide, where I support childled learning and help build independence and confidence! My approach is calm, patient, and nurturing. I love engaging children in outdoor play, hands on activities, and meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity. I am CPR certified and always prioritize safety while creating a positive environment. I'm looking for a long term position with a family who values communication, a positive and professional relationship, including reliable scheduling and mutual respect for time :)! I have reliable transportation, and am comfortable with pets.
