Bella was hired in my home for child care for a few months. She texted me the day before the start of my work contract to say she could no longer babysit. (After confirming with her several times within the week before that she could start) This was not the first time she showed me that she was unreliable to come to work, I just gave her opportunities and benefit of the doubt when I shouldn't have.
