I was promoted to on the ground horsemanship instructor, where I was responsible for managing a group of about 7-12 kids at a time and ensuring their safety around the horses. I also have experience working with kids with disabilities in Middle and High School, as I was a unified partner for Special Olympics bowling and soccer.
