About Isabella

Hi! I'm Isabella, and I love working with kids. I have a background in social work and spent the last few years working directly with children in all kinds of settings. Most recently I helped lead a summer program with 46 kids from 13 different countries, so I'm used to big groups, big personalities, and keeping things fun while still staying on top of things. I encourage confidence, problem solving skills and critical thinking with the children I would if developmentally appropriate. Before that, I worked one-on-one with kids with autism, building routines and plans that actually worked for them. Every kid is different, and I like figuring out what makes each one tick. I started working with kids when I was 14 by having baby sitting gig, but I started professionally working with kids 3 years ago. My skills include crisis management, engagement skills, behavioral correction.
