We were so lucky to find Bella after interviewing a handful of candidates. Her profile seemed to fit well with what our family needed, and after meeting her in person we knew that she truly was someone we would enjoy working with. At the time we were looking for someone to watch our 9 month baby girl, but because of an unforeseen change of events; our 2 year old son was out of childcare for almost a month. When we communicated to her this last minute change, she made us feel comfortable with her flexibility. She is super dependable, always on time and transparent. During times like these where COVID still is a thing; she made us feel comfortable with how safe and seriously she took what was currently happening in the world and the safety of our kids. Our son absolutely adored her; they played so well together, and she helped him with using his words and expressions while she was here. When he went back to school, the transition from watching a toddler to our baby was seamless.
