About Isabel

We cannot recommend Issy highly enough. She has been with our family since our daughter was 12 months old, when we began a nanny share with our nephew, who was 2 at the time. Since then, both families have welcomed another baby, and Issy has lovingly helped raise all of our children from as young as 16 weeks old through toddlerhood. Over the years, she has seamlessly managed anywhere from 1–4 children at a time with the patience, organization, and love of a true third parent. She cares for our kids as if they were her own, and she has truly become part of our family. Issy is incredible with every age and stage. She has extensive experience with infants, sleep schedules, baby-led weaning, and sleep training, and she always approaches each child with warmth and confidence. One of the things we appreciate most is how well she meets children where they are emotionally. She helps our kids navigate big feelings with empathy, calmness, and consistency, and we’ve seen firsthand how much they trust and adore her. Any family would be beyond lucky to have Issy. We would keep her forever if we could, but our children are growing up and we no longer need the same level of care. Letting her go is truly bittersweet, and we are so grateful for the years of love, care, and support she has given our family.
