About Isabel

Hi there! My name is Isabel, and I'm a graduate student at Boston College School of Social Work. I have over five years of childcare experience and have worked in a range of roles, including as a babysitter, a camp counselor, and tutor. I currently work at a therapeutic high school as a clinical intern. I have worked with children ages 4-17 and am a sensitive, attuned, and positive caregiver, knowledgeable about early development. I love working with children because I am inspired by their creativity, resilience, and fascination with the world. I think adults can learn a lot from the young people in our care :) As an MSW student, I am constantly learning about how to empower youth and help them grow to be their best selves. At my internship, I work with children with ASD, learning difficulties, and emotional disabilities, so I have the skills to work with children with special needs. Thanks for checking out my profile!
