Hi there my name is Isabel (they/ them pronouns) and I'm looking for my next nanny family, full or part time. I've been working in child care for over 12 years with kids newborn through elementary. I'm looking for a family who is queer friendly, anti racist, with social justice values (most of my previous families have been social justice lawyers). My child care style is non authoritarian, creative, and includes lots of humor. I am all about open communication, talking in person and building an honest trusting relationship with families. I have tons of amazing references, my own car and love spending time outside. I have a few little side jobs at the moment and I'm in school full time but my schedule is pretty flexible! I prefer not to do shorter shifts of 4 hours or less.
