About Isabela Maria

Bela has been our nanny for four years, caring for our two daughters from the time our youngest was six months old. Our oldest is now almost seven and our youngest is turning four, so Bela has been with them through every stage: infant, toddler, preschooler, and even kindergarten with my oldest. The first thing I'd tell any family is how reliable she is. We never had to worry about coverage, and as working parents, that was invaluable. We couldn't have done it without her. She is punctual, professional, and takes her work seriously. She's also willing to go beyond childcare, running errands, picking up groceries, doing laundry, and keeping the house and the girls' spaces tidy. Our days with Bela are full. She does crafts with the girls at home, takes them swimming, gets them to their activities like dance, and always keeps an eye out for special things happening in the community so they never miss out. She builds consistent routines and boundaries that help them thrive, and she has been a true partner through every milestone, from potty training and preschool prep to sleep routines and teaching them to be more independent. More than anything, Bela is loving and flexible to a family's expectations. She quickly adapted to exactly how we wanted to parent and stayed in sync with us the whole way through. She loves our girls so deeply, and they love her right back. She's like an extension of our family. Our only reason for saying goodbye is that both girls will start full-time school in the fall, so we no longer need childcare. We will miss her more than we can say.
