I think that it's easier to do something for other people than for myself. I also find myself happy when I help others. Most of my professional life I worked with children, because I loved helping them to learn how nature works and seeing them grow. Once I was called to be a companion for an older lady that lived alone and I realized that older people are vulnerable and very often depend on help of others. Ever since I offer my help to seniors.
