Iryce is a rock star. Kind but firm, Iryce jumps right in wherever she is needed. She watched our 11 yo son and 7 yo daughter while my husband and I were at a family dinner. She is a self starter who asked questions to clarify expectations, and was very dependable by sending text updates about the kids. We will definitely be asking Iryce to watch our kids in the future.
