I am a 61-year-old female in good health and with transportation. I have been a yoga teacher for 13 years, including chair yoga for seniors. In 2022 I graduated as an Ayurvedic Health counselor from the Institute. For almost 5 years, from 2015 to 2020 I worked as a senior care taker in a private household. My more recent senior care experience was from April to September 23. Both were very rewarding experiences. I enjoy working with seniors and they enjoyed my company, chair yoga lessons if interested, walks and entertaining conversations. I do light housework, meal preparation, appoin. I have 2 grown children and 1 stepdaughter and 3 grandkids. If you are interested I can give ayurvedic tips to help ease digestion and stress relieve. I am originally from Germany, lived for 23 years in Florida, 1 year in New Mexico for the Ayurvedic School, and live now in Asheville. I speak English and German fluently. I am looking for part time work.
