About Irissa

For eight years, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's growth and development, a passion sparked by positive babysitting experiences and a genuine desire to make a difference. My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup, text, or phone calls, always following your preferred method. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ages newborn to 11. I have some college experience, including Early Child Development coursework, and am working on my Bachelor's in Elementary Education and ENL. I am bilingual and I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I'm also happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I completed a 2 week babysitting course. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I would love to bring my calm and caring energy into your home.
