About Iris

I've worked as a N. A. (C. N. A.) in an assisted living facility for 14 yrs/6 months helping to maintain up to a 54 bed occupancy as a supervisor on the 11-7 shift. I also have experience in a home health setting through a home health agencies for 15 yrs/4 months as a caregiver to a client for 7 yrs, one for 6 yrs preparing them 3 meals a day, and currently with with 2 clients; one of 1 yr, and 1 of 9 months I'm dependable, and love caring for clients who are in situations to care for themselves. I enjoy being able to extend to them their quality of life. I have knowledge of HIPPA, OSHA, fire safety, and I commit to 12-14 in-service hrs a year mandated by the state in order to continue my training and education. I'm CPR/First Aid certified. I'm liability insured for the protection of my client and myself, also confident in my job and the duties of my job description. Building a relationship with my clients is upmost important to make them comfortable.
