Hi! I'm Iris, an experienced educator and caregiver who genuinely enjoys helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching, a Master of Education in Instructional Design & Technology, and a bachelor's degree. I have several years of experience working with children and families in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, and caregiving settings. My background includes teaching science, STEM, literacy, and other academic subjects, along with providing individualized support for students with different learning needs. I'm comfortable with homework help, tutoring, educational activities, routines, meal preparation, and keeping children engaged. I'm patient, dependable, organized, and attentive, and I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your children. My goal is always to create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment while giving parents peace of mind.
