Hi families! I'm looking for a part time position. I've most experienced and passion working with infants and toddlers for the last 7 years, including experience with nanny sharing and 2. 5 years as an Au pair. I have CPR and I'm happy to re-cert if necessary; Fully vaccinated, healthy, and smoke-free. Own vehicle and clean driving record; Excellent references; As a caregiver, my heart-centered approach includes treating children with respect, meeting them where they are, and cultivating connection. I achieve this through healthy self-regulation, emotional attunement, thoughtful and developmentally appropriate communication, and lots of reading, play and adventure. Navigating the pumping/feeding schedules to accommodate breastfeeding mothers, establishing healthy sleep habits, supporting through separation anxiety, providing healthy nutritional choices is part of my job and I would love to help with that.
