About Iris

Being a caregiver means helping someone who needs extra support, like an elderly person or someone who is sick. I took care of my sister and grandmother for a while, and it was both hard and meaningful. Some days, I helped her with things like eating, taking medicine, or moving around the house. Other times, I just sat with her, listening to her stories, which made her happy. It wasn't always easy. There were moments when I felt tired or unsure if I was doing enough. But seeing her smile and knowing I was making her life a little easier made me feel proud. Being a caregiver taught me the importance of patience and kindness.
