Irina took loving care of our son from the age of 3 months until 16 months. During that time, she grew to be like family. Irina is beyond reliable, consistent, and nurturing. She never missed a day and even showed up early. She has great experience spanning in-home nannying and daycare settings, so she was always a great source of knowledge and information when we asked for support. She has a natural and caring way with children, and our son cried nearly every time she left for the day. :) She is flexible and so dependable, always showing care and concern for our family unit. We love Irina dearly and any family would be so fortunate to have her care for their child.
