About Irene

I'd describe my personality as creative, loving and hardworking. I like tutoring because I enjoy the one on one opportunity tutoring provides. I like helping students overcome challenges and gain confidence in their abilities. Watching them achieve "aha" moments is very rewarding. I started tutoring about 5 years ago. My passion is helping with math but I can support with more subjects. I am a preschool teacher with a lot of experience in lower elementary, currently a Spanish/Math and Science third grade teacher. In my spare time, I like to draw, exercise, walk, go to the beach or pool, listen to music, read, spend quality time with friends and family and watch TV. One thing you should know about me is I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant. My skills include math, Spanish, English.
