I've been professionally care giving for almost 10 years . I have been a tutor, nanny, coordinator and much more. I am a mother of three and a previous teacher. I'm going back to grad school and looking for part time work during my kids school hours. To do these two things I have had extensive back round checks and training with kids of all ages.. I have worked at group homes, schools, and churches with all ages. Because I have worked with all ages , I have experience in crafts, some sports, academic support for most grades and more. I am comfortable with most animals and don't mind assisting in those needs. I have a list of references as well as recommendation letters to send and will gladly answer any questions.

Ireland did a terrific job under very difficult circumstances. She was punctual, communicated well with both kids and parents, advocated well for the kids in their online learning classrooms, cooked them a variety of foods, was appropriately firm on character issues like giving respect and giving one's best effort, and made many adjustments as she learned more about the kids' strengths and weaknesses. She handled online learning so completely, I'm not sure what more I could have fairly asked. She had the children's success and personal growth as her primary goal, and it was evident in all the work she put in. She was a pleasure to hire and we would do so again without hesitation.
