Bringing years of experience witha graduate degree on ABA providing development and behavior support. I offer caregiver, babaysitting services combine with behavior consulting. I have experience working with children with various ages and abilities, including autism syndrome disorder (ASD) , development delays and behavioral challenges. I am eager to positively impact young lives. my approach is nurturing, structured, and evidence-based. My patient, creative, and friendly personality helps me connect with children and helps me build positive rapports . I promote communication, independence, growth, and trust. I believe in consistency and work in collaboration with parents or guardians. As both caregiver and behavior consultant, I provide a safe space where kiddos can thrive emotionally, socially, and behaviorally while supporting parents and families with a positive and practical guidance.
