I messaged Iona on Care.com and we met three days later to discuss helping me with In-Home care for my partner, who has Parkinson's. Once we met and talked about what kind of care would be most helpful, she came over the next day to meet my partner and see how they got along. Within two visit, he was feeling great. I know it seems far-fetched, but just having someone dedicated to him, giving him her full attention (something that I just wasn't able to do with so many responsibilities) and giving him hope - he was up and wanting to do his therapy and walk more - it was like he and I both got exactly what we needed!! Iona is so kind and so knowledgeable. I needed someone to just take over - and she was perfectly able and knew what needed to be done. I couldn't be happier with Iona and I'm so, so thankful that I went on Care.com. She has literally changed our lives in less than two weeks. She's upfront, caring, funny, and has experience! If you In-Home help, she gets a 10 rating from us!!
