Iola is extraordinary, went beyond the call of duty with my mother. Took the absolute best care of my mother and her living space. She built a great graceful rapport with my mother, as well as with my family and everyone around my mother. My mother was difficult (dementia, immobile, infIamed colon,. etc.). I couldnt recommend her highly enough! She does (and communicates) it all excellently, and then more.
