I'm a patient, friendly, and experienced childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. My experience includes babysitting roles, where I've honed my skills in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day and address any issues. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care. When it comes to activities, I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games, board games, and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning and skill development. I have a car, so outings to parks and other fun places are an option too. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, ages 1-3 and 6-11. I speak both English and Russian.
