We spoke about my caregiving needs and agreed to a one-day trial. I called the night before to confirm, and she said she would be there. She did not show up, give me notice, or respond afterward. My number also appeared to be blocked. I am an incomplete quadriplegic and depend on caregivers being there when they say they will. I made arrangements assuming she would arrive as confirmed. A no-show without notice can put my safety at risk. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend her for a caregiving position.
