Ingris did a decent job cleaning my house. It's what I would expect from a routine house cleaning. Unfortunately, she was not clear on her rate, and she also charged me to pay her parking ticket. Her customer service/communication left me wanting. Not a big deal if that's all it was, but I feel like I was taken advantage of. I paid her, and was happy for her help. However, I would say look elsewhere for a housekeeper - especially if you live in San Francisco.
