Ingrid was a Godsend to my family as my spouse and I have busy work schedules. We needed a reliable and trustworthy support system that would attend and meet the needs of our 6- month daughter and 2-yr old son. Ingrid was always professional, communicative and regularly checked in with my spouse and I regarding what was top of mind. Ingrid was the absolutely sweetest and so gentle earning the trust of my 6-month baby, while she also successfully potty-trained my 2-yr old son with class, humility and patience. I was very impressed by Ingrid and thank her to this day, for providing us a special and warm peace of mind.
