About Ines

Hi, my name is Ines (ee-nes)! I graduated from the University of Maryland in 2023, and just returned from a year abroad as an au pair in Spain. During my time in Spain I took care of 3 kids, ages 8-12, I walked them to school, tutored them in English, prepared meals for them, and spent time with the family learning Spanish culture. I also attended an Institute where I spent a few days a week learning Spanish. In general, I've always enjoyed working with kids and helping others. I have an older sister who is special needs, so I grew up taking care of her and helping her perform daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, etc. My experience with her and as a caregiver in general has made me well acquainted with supporting others and tuning in to their needs.
