I'd describe my personality as colorful, talkative, and nerdy. :) I like working with kids because they're curious and true to themselves! I learn a lot every time I spend time with them. I started working with kids when I was a sophomore in college, looking to gain practical experience for my first time volunteering at my childhood summer camp. I worked at the San Francisco YMCA and then volunteered at Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times later that summer! In my spare time, I like to read, draw & paint, play video games, and get coffee with my sisters. One thing you should know about me is that my volunteering as a counselor at a childhood cancer camp has given me experience working with disabled and chronically ill children. They're just like any other kids but having understanding for what they're going through goes a very long way in working with them! My skills include arts & crafts, communication, and patience.
