My social work experience has been with a foster care agency and outpatient psychiatric hospital. My real experience has been being a mom. That has been the most rewarding and enjoyable time in my life and I am looking to working part-time taking care of your children.

Ina was wonderful with our 2 year old boy and 4-month old girl. She was right on time/a little early, thoughtful, considerate, and anticipated what needed to be done before we had to ask. (E.g., our baby started crying right after our toddler started, and while I was trying to comfort our toddler Ina just picked up our baby right away and started soothing her, changing her diaper and rocking her to calm her down. It was such a relief to not have to worry about the baby and be able to focus on the toddler, who needed Mama more than the baby did at that moment!) As soon as we met her she started engaging with our toddler right away and practicing his colors and counting with him just through playing and conversation. And she was very easy-going and flexible--our plans changed a couple of times at the last minute/on the fly, and she was able to quickly adapt and go along with us. She's also incredibly friendly and a great conversationalist. Highly recommend!
