About Imelda

Hi! I have 2 years of hands-on childcare experience, and working with kids is a part of my everyday routine. For the past two years, I've worked Monday-Friday at Bar-T's before and after school program, as well as their summer camp. I have experience with children ages 1-11 and am used to different personalities, age groups, and needs. I'm patient, responsible, creative, and energetic. I enjoy outdoor games, arts and crafts, puzzles, and finding fun ways to keep kids engaged. I also have college coursework in Early Childhood Development and CPR and First Aid training. Most of my experience has been in group settings, so I'm hoping to gain more one-on-one babysitting experience and build connections with families. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children and helping with simple meals, light housekeeping, and transportation. I'll always respect your family's routines and rules and keep you updated.
