I’m not sure what the situation is, so I try not to judge things negatively. But communication is everything. Iman applied to a job I posted. We agreed to meet at a specific location & time. I arrive about 10 mins early and waited about 20 mins. She never showed up. I tried to message her but was unable to. I never understand why people apply for position they aren’t serious about committing to.
