About Imani

I'd describe my personality as outgoing and bubbly yet nurturing. I like working with kids because it reminds me of childhood innocence and the future. I'm looking for a job that is enjoyable and flexible with fair compensation. I professionally started working with youth during my undergrad years. I interned for an after-school program for underserved children in which we taught them how to create their own scripts and movies. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my daughter. Our typical girl day includes lunch & then the library, museum, or a park. One thing you should know is that I am a genuine person. I strive to create genuine bonds with both the parent(s) and child(ren). My skills include CPR & First Aid Certification, Positive Parenting Certification, and knowledge of Non-Violent Crisis Interventions.
