Imani has worked with us for 4 months, caring with our little one from the ages of 7 to 11 months. She has been WONDERFUL with our little one, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is both calm and relaxed, yet fun and playful. She is very warm and engaged with our child, wonderful in how she plays with him. She is competent and experienced with feeding both bottles and solids, naps, soothing, etc. As a parent, I find her responsible, communicative, and easy to work with. We have had no problem navigating the paperwork to hire her legally as a W2 employee, and she has been organized and responsive with all logistics. We are very sad to be moving away and no longer able to work with her, since she has been truly wonderful and has a special bond with our little one! I will definitely be keeping her in mind if we are back in the area in the future, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for childcare.
