Iman has been with us full time since my youngest was 4 months old and he’s 27 months now. She’s helped us with everything from super challenging contact nap only stages to the toddler leaps of talking, learning and exploring. We don’t have family nearby and we have been so lucky to be able to find someone we can trust to take care of everything for overnights on occasion and also come with us on family trips. Her main focus has always been our youngest but she’s also helped with our 11 year old and our animals. There’s not a situation I wouldn’t trust her with and our kids love her!
