About Iman

A lot of families come to this app looking for help with a major family shift. Or, they're up to their eyebrows in stress and just need a support in making it through the day. Personally, I love making sense of the chaos and bringing a family's goal into focus. It is so easy to get bogged down with day-to-day tasks, especially with little ones running around. After 10 years in childcare and 10 years in administration, I have learned to combine my skills into proactive house management. My goal is to whip families into shape, get them into a groove and routine, and transition them into their next phase of life in which everyone can be contributing members of the household. It's a way to facilitate the "burden" of parenting into the catharsis of family teamwork. I enjoy working with families for a short time to get to know how each member works individually and transition everyone's behavior into considerate, communicative, and collective teamwork.
