About Ilma

Experience: 3 yrs

I worked in Brazil when I was a teenager and I still have contact with the family. When I arrived here I worked in daycare with 14 children. I've been working with a wonderful family for 6 years. The oldest child was 4 months old when I started and today he is 6 years old. This child is autistic and we have a beautiful connection. His sister is 3 years old and we have been together since she was born. I am responsible for driving them to their activities. I drop them off at school. I helped sleep training them. I do their laundry and put away. I wash the children's dishes.

Ilma cared for my daughter when she was 1. She was extremely caring, attentive, thoughtful and kind. Ilma is a great communicator and always let me know how my daughter was doing. She is highly professional and I could not recommend her enough! Having Ilma care for someone in your family will make life better for all.
