Illiana was a great backup babysitter for watching my three girls ages 5-8. She managed to help keep them entertained and put the younger two to bed. The only minor feedback is that the girls perceived her to be a bit strict, but I told the kids that's expected as she's a preschool teacher. She also was willing to extend by a half hour when we were running late.
